Our bar manager

Born and raised in Rome by Sardinian parents, he approached bartending after a vocational diploma and an AIBES course, thanks to teachers Cinello and Ponzianelli.

He worked in various Roman hotel bars until 2001, when he met Bruno Borghesi who introduced him to the team of Mirabelle, the restaurant of Splendide Royal by Roberto Naldi. His career continued with enthusiasm until the opening of the Adèle Sky Bar, where, together with Gianmarco Panico, he welcomes guests with passion, calling it "Paradise".
