The Mirabelle Restaurant is the realm of Chef Stefano Marzetti, an extraordinary talent born and raised with a passion for cooking and a curiosity for creative experimentation.
A true Roman, born in 1977, with a wealth of experience gained in various restaurants in Rome and around Italy, he has been the Executive Chef at Mirabelle since 2009. His cuisine is Mediterranean, celebrating the great classics of the tradition with an innovative touch and a nod to cuisine beyond the Alps, for a result that stimulates the palate, mind, and heart.
