The closest airport is Lugano-Agno, about 10 km away (20 minutes by car). Malpensa international airport is about 70 km away, the Zurich airport about 250 km. To conveniently manage the connections to and from the airports and the hotel, please contact us and request a transfer with private driver. To get to the Lugano airport the hotel's free shuttle service is available to all guests.

To reach the hotel take the A2 Basel – Gotthard – Chiasso motorway until Lugano Sud and then follow the signs for the center of Lugano and Riva Caccia. The hotel has a private parking on site, upon reservation, with valet service and charging stations for electric cars.

The closest railway station is Lugano, a 2 km away from the hotel, served by local and long-distance trains also with direct connections from Milan, Como and Bologna. For transfers to and from the station and the hotel, the hotel's free shuttle service is available to all guests.

Upon arrival, guests will be offered the Ticino Ticket, which will allow them to use public transportation to freely explore Lugano and its surroundings.
